If you are looking for a Real Estate Agent who goes above and beyond his duties, then Lorne Dupuis is your Sales Representative. He helped me sell my parent's property, a large house on 2.63 acres of land. Not everyone wanted all the land, so we needed to find just the right Family for this sale. Lorne used all manner of advertisement. He made sure the house and property was always ready to be viewed. He even cut the grass when my mower broke and I could not do it. I didn’t buy or sell a house with Lorne Dupuis. I don’t even live in Southern Ontario, I’m from Lorne’s hometown. In spite of that, when I was having some challenges qualifying for a mortgage because I’m an independent contractor, Lorne was the first person to offer to help. He put me in contact with a mortgage specialist who was able to help me get a mortgage allowing me to buy a great little house.
